Whether you’re an occasional slacker, or a professional procrastinator, we’ve all experienced those days (or periods of time) where it seems like our productivity levels just aren’t up to par. This can be caused by a number of things, including lack of sleep, too much time on social media, lack of exercise, and even too little sunlight.
Regardless as to how the habit starts, you will need to put some effort into getting back on track and functioning normal again. Start with monitoring your time each day to determine where your hard work is really being allocated, and then build a recovery plan from that point. It may take a while (about 2 weeks), but you will feel accomplished again when you check off items on the to-do list daily, instead of looking at the same tasks for weeks at a time. Life hacking in the area of productivity can be a challenge, especially if you’ve let the slacking go on for a long period of time, but you can’t let this go unchecked. The sooner you acknowledge that you’re headed for disaster, the sooner you can help yourself get back to efficiently doing the things that matter the most. Here’s an infographic to help you achieve better productivity in just ten days.
