Bareburger is a casual, eco-minded regional chain for organic burgers (from beef to bison) & more, plus beer & wine. They have set up a family of farmers and partners to make food that is clean and comfortable for everyone, because better food starts with your whole belly. Every burger, salad and sandwich they make starts by working closely with their network of sustainable farmers and partners. With their help, they have created a menu that is more than one-third vegetarian and plant-based.
Their sustainability efforts go beyond their food supply. Each Bareburger is built with reclaimed & recycled materials , making each of its vibrant spaces unique. So all you carnivorous, veggie-headed, and gluten-haters come to their place and let us serve you all the local , organic, and sustainable burgers, shakes, salads, fries, and sides that your earth-loving mouths can handle.
They take a simple, joyful and organic approach to food at Bareburger. Fresh, vibrant, clean ingredients make for good food, and good food enjoyed in a fun and happy space can make your corner of the world so much better.
They take as much pride in preparing and cooking their food as we do in getting to know the farmers who are growing it. They cook fresh, and they serve fresh. So whether you’re healthy, environmentally conscious, or just love a big grub, there’s something on their menu that makes you smile.
At Bareburger, they label their menus with V’s (vegan), GF’s (gluten-free * *) & N’s (contains nuts), send alerts to the kitchen and use separate grills, fryers, gloves, containers & surfaces to ensure that guests are protected against allergies or dietary restrictions. Also, they’ve got this pretty sweet Allergy Chart that you can look at any time. Just ask the server for it. Bareburger food that is labelled GLUTEN-FREE are prepared in a common kitchen with a risk of exposure to gluten. Therefore, Bareburger does not recommend these items to guests with celiac disease. Guests with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment when consuming those foods.
All their chickens are organic, free-range and gluten-free. Their buttermilk fried chicken is made from organic chicken breast, a great source of lean protein. They ‘re making sure you get the most delicious chickens out there. By 2024, they will only supply chicken certified by the Global Animal Partnership (GAP) and require all chickens to be processed in a manner that avoids live-dumping and live-shock, using a multi-step, controlled-atmosphere processing system that is widely hailed as more humane.
