History
In a stunning, historic building in a high-energy, bustling area of Manhattan, Previti Pizza was only meant to be a retail store, and a great idea became reality. Currently, Paul Previti and Kevin Wade are the owners of Delmonico’s and have previously sold pizza at two other places in the area. Kevin Wade, in this company, joins Paul Previti.
To mark their mom and dad ‘s 50th wedding anniversary, Kevin and Paul, along with 25 other family members, took a Mediterranean cruise. It was during this voyage that Kevin showed an interest in food preparation and serving. It was evident after visiting one port after another that pizza was always a first preference. Their dream was to market genuinely Italian-style pizza to New Yorkers who know “the real thing” and love it.
