Vlad

Vlad is a full stack web developer and IT expert from Serbia. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and over 15 years of experience in Web development. Vlad graduated from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2000. He moved to France in 2001 and got his master’s degree in Information Technologies in 2004 at the University of Strasbourg. In the 2000s, he worked for several large companies in Serbia and France where he acquired hands-on experience in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, routing, network infrastructure services and programming. He ultimately decided that programming is what he wanted to pursue, so he started working as a desktop and web developer and IT consultant in the early 2000s. Ever since, he worked on dozens of Desktop and Web-related software development projects and now has extensive experience in both Backend and Frontend development. He is proud to say that he has the full picture of how an IT system works and how a web project should be implemented from the beginning to an end. He is familiar with and/or masters the following technologies: PHP, Ruby On Rails, NodeJS' (backend); Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, Angular 2+, multiple Javascript libraries' (frontend); MSSQL, MySql, Sybase ASA, Sybase ASE, Postgres SQL' (databases); Apache, Unicorn, Nginx, IIS' (web servers); Heroku, Digital Ocean, Amazon, WPEngine (cloud platforms). When he is not working on some awesome web projects, he loves swimming and hiking in the mountains. An occasional beer with friends is a must too.
